Rhubarb Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cup fresh rhubarb - (abt 1 1/2 lbs), cut 1/2" pieces 1/2 cup chopped red onion 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger 4 garlic cloves, pressed 10 packets sugar substitute 3/4 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp allspice 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium-high heat until rhubarb is tender and mixture thickens slightly, about 10 minutes. Cool completely.
This recipe yields 12 servings.
