Roasted Green And Wax Beans Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 lb green beans 1/2 lb wax beans 1 tbsp olive oil 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt 1/2 tsp crumbled thyme leaves 1/2 tsp crumbled marjoram or oregano leaves
Instructions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Trim beans. In a jelly-roll pan toss beans with oil, salt, thyme and marjoram until evenly coated.
Roast 20 minutes, turning beans once or twice for even browning.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
