Rolls, New Improved Atkins Revolution Recipe
Ingredients:
8 large egg whites 6 large egg yolks 6 oz cream cheese 1 packet splenda 1/4 tsp cream of tartar, (important to get whites dash salt
Instructions:
using 2 bowls seaprate egg whites from yolks, put 8 whites and salt in a glass bowl and the cream cheese and the 6 yolks and the pk of splenda in another bowl. With mixer beat whites and cr of tarter until stiff and peeks form.. then beat the yolk mixture and combine the 2 folding them together gently...into same bowl
Use parchment paper if you have it, its best, ( i ordered exopat mats tho, I have 2) they are wonderul off Amazon.com to bake my rolls on)
spoon onto 2 large cookie sheets and bake 275 or 300 for 30 min.. its 275 in my oven or bottom burns....
this is great to have tuna, cold cuts, burgers, I even made grilled cheese with a couple of them
I take them to my fast food place.. throw that old soggy bun in the trash and replace it with my fresh atkins roll!!!!!!!!
