Salad Dressing, Green Goddess - Atkins Recipe




Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh chives or scallion, chopped
1 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
1 tsp anchovy paste (optional)
salt and pepper

Instructions:

The anchovy paste is optional, but it is the secret ingredient in Green
Goddess Dressing.

1. Process all ingredients, along with 2 tablespoons of water in a food
processor or blender until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
