Sauce, Cranberry-Raspberry - Atkins Recipe




Ingredients:

1 bag (12 oz) fresh cranberries
3/4 cup steel's raspberry jam
3/4 tsp freshly grated ginger

Instructions:

You need only three ingredients and 15 minutes to make this delicious
sauce. We used raspberry jam, but feel free to choose another sugar-free
fruit flavor. This sauce also makes a terrific sandwich spread or dessert
topping (just thin it with a little water).

1. In a pot over moderate heat, mix cranberries, jam, ginger and 1 cup
water. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries have
popped and sauce has thickened.
