Ingredients:

1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar or cider vinegar
1 packet sugar substitute
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, pushed through a press

Instructions:

This Asian sauce has myriad uses: as a sauce for grilled meats or poultry,
dressing for salads and as a marinade.

1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients.

Store sesame oil in the refrigerator to preserve freshness.
