Sauce, Peanut - Atkins Recipe










Ingredients:

1/3 cup unsweetened peanut butter
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, pushed through a press
1/2 packet sugar substitute
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

This sauce is very popular in Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. It is a balance
of sweet, salty and spicy.

Try it with chicken or broiled eggplant slices.

1. In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter, vinegar, water, soy sauce, sesame
oil, garlic, sugar substitute, and red pepper flakes until smooth.

2. Stir in cilantro. Add salt to taste.
