Slushie, Frozen Mocha - Atkins Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra-strong decaffeinated coffee, chilled 3 tbsp atkins chocolate flavored syrup 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tbsp granular sugar substitute, or 1 packet 1/2 cup heavy cream 12 cube ice, (12-14)
Instructions:
A perfect warm-weather treat, this refreshing, frothy drink is a delightful blend of coffee and chocolate flavors.
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat coffee, chocolate syrup and cocoa powder. Stir until cocoa is dissolved, about 2 minutes. Cool slightly.
2. Transfer to a blender. Add sugar substitute and cream; blend until combined. Add ice cubes in batches; blend until frothy.
