4 cube ice, (3-4)
1/4 cup atkins SF chocolate flavored syrup
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp chocolate extract (optional)
seltzer, (see note, below)

Instructions:

Also known as a New York Egg Cream, which never contains eggs! Whip this up
next time you want a quick, refreshing chocolate fix.

1. Place ice cubes in a tall glass. Pour in syrup, then add cream and
chocolate extract. Fill glass with seltzer and stir vigorously until
mixture foams over edge.

Use seltzer, not club soda, which contains sodium.
