Tea, Mint, Iced - Atkins Recipe




Ingredients:

3 bag decaffinated black tea
1 cup fresh mint leaves, tightly packed
2 cup boiling water
6 cup cold water, divided
sugar substitute (optional)

Instructions:

Mint aids digestion, and mint tea is a refreshing easy drink to keep in the
refrigerator at all time.

1. Place tea bags and mint in a teapot. Pour in water. Let tea steep 20
minutes. Strain tea into a pitcher.

2. Add 4 cups cold water; mix well. Sweeten to taste with sugar substitute.

Servings: 6

Prep time: 5 minutes

Chill time: 20 minutes
