Ingredients:
3 medium turnips, trim, peel 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp salt, kosher 1/4 tsp chili powder
Instructions:
These great-flavored root veggies are a good side dish or snack. While not crispy, they're still fun finger food. Serve with low carb ketchup.
1. Heat oven to 425° F. Cut turnips into 2' x 1/2' sticks. Place on a foil-lined jelly-roll pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and chili powder. Toss with your hands to coat. Spread out in a single layer.
