Apple And Brown Rice Cereal Recipe










Ingredients:

3 1/2 cup brown rice, cooked
6 oz apple juice concentrate *1
6 oz water
1 1/2 cup apple, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1 equal sweetner to taste *2
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions:

*1 use apple juice with no sugar added. *2 can be substituted with any
comparable sweetner.

Place first 4 ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil. reduce
heat to medium high. Cook 5-8 minutes or until liquid cooks down and
apples are tender. Stir constantly. Pour into 4 bowls, sprinkle on
sweetner and top with walnuts.
