Dijon Bean Salad Recipe




Ingredients:

20 oz kidney beans *1
16 oz corn, canned *1
16 oz chickpeas, canned *1
1 cup carrots, fine chopped
2 tbsp onion, chopped
3 medium green onions, chopped
3 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup italian dressing, (no oil)
3 tbsp vinegar, red wine
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 pinch pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 package equal sweetener

Instructions:

*1 Drained and rinsed

Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Place remaining
ingredients in separate bowl. Mix well and pour over bean mixture.
Toss to coat.

Carbohydrate 40.3 g. Fat 1.9 g. Cholesterol 0.0 mg
