Dough-Re-Mi Recipe




Ingredients:

2 1/2 tsp yeast
3 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp vital gluten
3/4 cup scallions, diced very fine
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, (packed in air), diced
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp applesauce
1/2 tsp dried basil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup low-fat cheese
1 tbsp caraway seeds
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Instructions:

Place ingredients in ABM in order recommended by your manufacturer.
Turn on. When breadmachine is finished, slice and eat.
