Macaroni & Cheese Recipe




Ingredients:

8 oz fat free pasteurized cheese produc, t, , healthy choic
12 oz lite evaporated skim milk
1/2 cup onion, chopped
12 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
7 oz elbow macaroni, cooked (2 cups)

Instructions:

Heat oven to 350 F. In saucepan place cheese cubes, evaporated milk,
onion, dry mustard and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently,
until cheese melts. Add cooked macroni and stir to coat. Pour into a 2 qt.
casserole dish. Cook at 350 f. for 30 minutes until bubbly. 6 servings,
each 155 calories, 15 g protein, 23 g carbo., fat .5 g, chol. 9 mg, sodium
598 mg.
