Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and dice, d 2 green peppers, diced and lightly f, r, ied 1 bunch cilantro, chopped fine 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1 1/2 tsp cumin 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tsp salt 1 garlic clove, chopped fine 1 cup lemon juice 1/2 onion, chopped fine
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and serve
