Two Berry Yogurt Shake Recipe




Ingredients:

1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, mashed
1/3 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
1/3 cup plain low fat yogurt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender bowl until thick and frothy. 121
